Manage user access with IAM policies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One of the most effective ways to improve security is ensuring users have access to only the resources they need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Enfonica Console allows you to manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies at the project level, giving you complete control over who can access your services and what actions they can perform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to manage users<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
  1. Sign in to the Enfonica Console.<\/li>
  2. Select the project you want to manage.<\/li>
  3. Navigate to Settings > Users<\/strong>.<\/li>
  4. Select an existing user to edit their permissions, or add a new user.<\/li>
  5. Choose the appropriate role and confirm your changes.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    When adding a user, you’ll assign one of the following roles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Owner<\/strong>: Full access to all Enfonica resources and settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Viewer<\/strong>: Read-only access across all Enfonica resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Custom Roles<\/strong>: Granular access controls tailored to specific responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Custom role permissions<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    Custom Roles allow you to assign either Viewer<\/strong> or Editor<\/strong> permissions to individual Console features, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
