Enfonica Acceptable Use Policy¶

Use of the Services is subject to this Acceptable Use Policy.
Capitalized terms have the meaning stated in the applicable agreement between Customer and Enfonica.
1. Prohibited Uses.¶
1.1 Prohibited Uses. Customer agrees not to use, and, not to encourage or allow any Customer End User to use, the Services:
- to transmit any material or content that is offensive, inappropriate, obscene, pornographic, illegal, or otherwise objectionable to any person or entity, including but not limited to, cannabis-related terms or images;
- to engage in, promote or encourage illegal activity;
- for any unlawful, invasive, abusive, infringing, discriminatory, defamatory, libelous or fraudulent purpose;
- to violate, or encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others;
- to intentionally distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or other items of a destructive or deceptive nature;
- to disable, interfere with or circumvent any aspect of the Services;
- to launch or facilitate, whether intentionally or unintentionally, a denial of service attack on any of the Services or any other conduct that materially and adversely impacts the availability, reliability, or stability of the Services;
- in connection with unsolicited, unwanted, or harassing communications, including but not limited to, distributing, publishing or facilitating unsolicited electronic messages, promotions or other solicitations ("spam");
- to record or monitor communications without securing prior consent from the participants of the communication as required under applicable law; or
- to create a false identity or otherwise to attempt to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a communication.
2. Miscellaneous.¶
2.1 Phone Number Reclamation. Customer acknowledges that all phone numbers used in connection with the Services are subject to rules and restrictions imposed by telecommunications providers. In order to comply with such rules and restrictions, Enfonica may, at its sole discretion, reclaim Customer's phone numbers that do not have adequate usage, as determined by such telecommunications providers. Enfonica will use commercially reasonable efforts to: (a) provide notice to Customer prior to any phone number reclamation; and (b) work with telecommunications providers to prevent the reclamation of any phone numbers.
Separately, Enfonica may reclaim, without prior notice: (a) any phone numbers associated with a trial account that have not been used for more than 30 days; or (b) any phone numbers associated with an Account that has been suspended for more than 30 days.
