Enfonica Fair Use Policy

Use of the Services is subject to this Fair Use Policy.

Capitalized terms have the meaning stated in the applicable agreement between Customer and Enfonica.

1. Included Calls.

1.1 Applicable Services. This section applies to Services that include calls as part of a recurring fee.

1.2 Prohibited Uses. Customer agrees not to use, and, not to encourage or allow any Customer End User to use, the Services:

  • in connection with call center operations or telemarketing;
  • to conduct polls, surveys or political or charitable solicitation;
  • for auto-dialing, including but not limited to: predictive dialing, fax broadcasting or IVR broadcasting;
  • for any use-cases that involve high average call durations;
  • for high volume call forwarding;
  • for any activity with a call connection rate of less than 30% or an average call duration of less than 20 seconds; or
  • for any other activities that would not be classified as reasonable and standard business use.

1.3 Inclusions. The type and quantity of calls that are included is limited, and any usage made outside of these limits will incur charges at the applicable Fee. The limits are:

  • for Voice channel - Starter and Voice channel - Business: 1,500 minutes of calls per channel to Australian fixed-line and mobile numbers per monthly period.

1.4 Right to Cancel. If Enfonica determines, in its sole discretion, that Customer or any Customer End User is using the Services for any Prohibited Uses, then Enfonica reserves the right to immediately cancel any Inclusions, with the effect that all calls will incur charges at the applicable Fee.
