Flow Step: Voicemail

Much like a mobile phone voicemail, the Voicemail step allows your caller to leave a message that is sent as an audio attachment via email or SMS. You can optionally enable transcription, which will convert the audio to text.

Configuration

Field Description
Recipients The recipients of the voicemail. Can either be a phone number or email address.
Voicemail Prompt Audio that is played to the call to prompt them to leave a voicemail. This can either be media from the media library or TTS.
Transcribe Determines if the voicemail should be transcribed or not.
Subject The subject of the voicemail.
Max recording Duration Max time of the voicemail recording.

The Voicemail step does not have any exits as it's a terminating step.
