Flow Step: Voicemail¶
Much like a mobile phone voicemail, the Voicemail step allows your caller to leave a message that is sent as an audio attachment via email or SMS. You can optionally enable transcription, which will convert the audio to text.
Configuration¶

| Recipients | The recipients of the voicemail. Can either be a phone number or email address. |
| Voicemail Prompt | Audio that is played to the call to prompt them to leave a voicemail. This can either be media from the media library or TTS. |
| Transcribe | Determines if the voicemail should be transcribed or not. |
| Subject | The subject of the voicemail. |
| Max recording Duration | Max time of the voicemail recording. |
Exits¶
The Voicemail step does not have any exits as it's a terminating step.
