How are calls billed?

How is SIP trunking priced?

With Cloud SIP you only pay for what you use, with no setup or channel fees: the phone numbers you host and the calls you make and receive. For high volumes, ask about committed use discounts.

How much does a 1300 or 1800 number cost?

Shared rate 1300 and toll-free 1800 numbers have a monthly fee, a one-off activation fee, and per-minute rates for calls. Choose Australia above to see today's prices, or compare every business phone number type.

How much does it cost to send an SMS in Australia?

Cloud SMS is charged per message sent, with prices shown above for each country. Receiving SMS on a mobile number is listed separately in the Cloud SMS table.

Do prices include GST?

No. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude tax.

Can I get a discount for higher volumes?
