- Outbound calls aren't going through Start with the error on the failed call, in your PBX's call log or in Cloud Voice > Calls in the Enfonica Console. Codes such as 403, 484, and 503 Channel Limit Reached come from Enfonica and point to a setting you can change. Codes such as 404 and 486 come from the phone network beyond Enfonica.
- Connect 3CX to Cloud SIP Add Enfonica in 3CX as a Generic SIP Trunk (IP Based), with your SIP domain as the registrar and authentication set to "Do not require - IP based". Enter your DIDs and caller IDs in +E.164. Then send your numbers to 3CX through a load balancer in the Enfonica Console.
- Port your phone numbers to Enfonica Request the port in the Enfonica Console under Phone Numbers > Port-in requests. Enter the account number, name, and address exactly as your latest bill shows them, and attach the bill. Your numbers keep working with your current provider throughout, so keep that service until we confirm the port is complete.
- Register an alphanumeric sender ID for SMS in Australia To send SMS to Australian numbers from a business name, register it as a sender ID in the Enfonica project you send from, under Cloud SMS > Sender IDs. Your authorized representative then confirms it in ACMA Assist. When the status is Active, you can send with it.
- Pay your invoices automatically Add a credit or debit card under Billing in the Enfonica Console. Your card is then charged automatically on each invoice's due date. On standard 14-day payment terms, that's the 14th of the month.
- Connect Microsoft Teams Direct Routing to Enfonica Create a Teams Direct Routing SIP domain and phone numbers in the Enfonica Console. Your IT team or MSP then verifies the domain in Microsoft 365 and configures Teams with PowerShell. Enfonica never needs admin access to your tenant.
