Cloud Voice Billing¶
Cloud Voice is billed based on usage. The price that you pay is determined by a number of factors that are explained in this document.
Incoming calls are billed for every call that you receive on an Enfonica-hosted phone number. The rate that you pay for an incoming call is determined by the type of phone number you receive the call on, and in some cases the type of phone that placed the call.
|Caller's phone number||Enfonica-hosted phone number||Rate|

|Shared Rate number - from Mobile|
Outgoing calls are billed for every answered call that you make using the Enfonica platform. This includes outgoing calls through SIP services, as well as call forwarding.
The rate that you pay for an outgoing call depends on the destination of the call, as well as the caller ID that you use to place the call. The caller ID determines whether domestic, EEA (European Economic Area) or international rates apply.
|Domestic||When our pricing for the destination number displays domestic pricing, it applies when both the caller ID and the destination are phone numbers in the same country.
Note: Calls between Australia and New Zealand are considered domestic calls.
|EEA||When our pricing for the destination number displays EEA pricing, it applies when the caller ID is a phone number within the European Economic Area.|
|International||International pricing applies when neither domestic or EEA pricing is applicable. This typically applies for calls between countries that are outside of the EEA, or calls within countries where we don't list domestic pricing.|

EEA (European Economic Area)¶
The concept of EEA regulated rates was introduced by the European Economic Area to reduce the cost of calls between participating countries. The following countries are included in EEA rates.
Calls to most regions are billed to the second, with a minimum call cost of half a cent (AUD).
Calls to the following regions are billed in 60 second increments:
- Cook Islands
- French Polynesia
- New Caledonia
- Papua New Guinea
- Samoa US
- Solomon Islands
All calls are rounded to the 4th decimal place (AUD).
Some Cloud Voice services incur additional fees which are listed on our pricing page. These include:
|Call recording||You pay for the total amount of minutes that you store using the Enfonica platform. The free tier includes the first 10,000 mins/month.|
|Text-to-speech||When you use text-to-speech on a call, the number of characters that you use are totaled, and at the end of the call you are charged per 100 characters.|
|Transcription||When you use transcription on a call recording, you pay a fee per channel minute. For dual channel recordings with two channels, the number of minutes that you pay for is two times the duration of the call recording.|
Other services are available free of charge, such as Flow.
