In the Enfonica Console, you can easily purchase available ranges or request new ones, giving you full control over how your numbers are managed.
Purchasing a range
Buying a range in the Enfonica Console is simple and quick. Ranges give you a contiguous block of phone numbers, ideal for large-scale projects or when you want easy-to-remember sequences for your services.
To get started:
- Navigate to the Phone Numbers section in your project.
- Click Purchase to search for available phone numbers and ranges.
- If you don’t see what you need, you can request a range directly from the Console, and our team will work with you to provision it.
Just like purchasing a single number, you can select the country, region, and capabilities you need. Once you confirm your selection, the range will appear in your project, ready for use.
Splitting your ranges
Once a range is in your project, you have flexibility over how you manage it. You can keep the range intact or split it up to allocate specific numbers where they’re needed.
To split a range:
- Open your purchased range in the Phone Numbers section.
- Click the three dots menu (next to the Save button).
- Select Split range.
- Enter how many numbers you’d like to split from the start of the range.
This action creates a new, separate range, allowing you to assign or configure numbers independently. There’s no cost to split ranges, giving you freedom to organize your numbers however you like.
From this menu, you can also:
- Move numbers to different projects, ensuring each project has the numbers it needs.
- Delete numbers from a project.
