Cloud Voice Billing

Cloud Voice is billed based on usage. The price that you pay is determined by a number of factors that are explained in this document.

Origin-based billing

Incoming calls

Incoming calls are billed for every call that you receive on an Enfonica-hosted phone number. The rate that you pay for an incoming call is determined by the type of phone number you receive the call on, and in some cases the type of phone that placed the call.

For example:

Caller's phone number Enfonica-hosted phone number Rate
+61255501234
(Australia landline)
+611300975707
(Australia shared-rate)

+61491577644
(Australia mobile)

Outgoing calls

Outgoing calls are billed for every answered call that you make using the Enfonica platform. This includes outgoing calls through SIP services, as well as call forwarding.

The rate that you pay for an outgoing call depends on the destination of the call, as well as the caller ID that you use to place the call. The caller ID determines whether domestic, EEA (European Economic Area), international or other rates apply.

Classification Explanation
Domestic When our pricing for the destination number displays domestic pricing, it applies when both the caller ID and the destination are phone numbers in the same country.

Note: Calls between Australia and New Zealand are considered domestic calls.
EEA When our pricing for the destination number displays EEA pricing, it applies when the caller ID is a phone number within the European Economic Area.
AU/NZ When our pricing for the destination number displays AU/NZ pricing, it applies when the caller ID is a phone within Australia or New Zealand.
International International pricing applies when neither domestic or EEA pricing is applicable. This typically applies for calls between countries that are outside of the EEA, or calls within countries where we don't list domestic pricing.
