Before you start

  • To download invoices, a Console login that's a user on your billing account. Every billing role, including Viewer, can see and download invoices.

Download a copy of an invoice

You can download every invoice on your billing account from the Console as a PDF.

  1. Sign in to the Enfonica Console.
  2. In the bottom-left corner, select your name, and then select Billing.
  3. If your business has more than one billing account, check the name at the top of the left menu. To switch accounts, select the name.
  4. Go to Billing > Invoices. Invoices are listed newest first, with the invoice number, issue date, and amount.
  5. In the Download column, select the download button next to the invoice you need. The PDF opens in a new tab, where you can save or print it.

To download your most recent invoice, you can also go to Billing > Overview. In the Latest invoice section, select Download.

See the payments you've made

To see your payment history, go to Billing > Payments. It lists the date and amount of every payment we've received. Payments also appear on your next invoice, under Payments received.

Get a statement of account

The first page of each invoice includes a Statement. It shows the opening balance, payments received, the invoice total, and what's left to pay. For most reconciliations, the latest invoice's statement is all you need.

If you need a full statement of account for a longer period, for example for an audit, contact us with the period you need. We'll send it to you.

Change who receives invoices

Each billing account has a list of email addresses that receive its invoices. Every address on the list also receives overdue reminders. You can have several addresses, for example your accounts team and the person who manages the service.

Our team updates the list. Contact us with the addresses to add or remove. The change applies from your next invoice.

Receiving invoices and signing in to the Console are separate. An address on the invoice list doesn't get a Console login, and a Console user doesn't automatically receive invoices. To give someone access to billing in the Console, add them to the billing account's users. To learn how, see Add users to the Console and choose their access.

Change your business name or address

Your invoices are addressed to the business name and address on your billing account. To see them, go to Billing > Overview, and look in the Billing account section.

To change either one, contact us with the new details. We use them from your next invoice. If the business that owns the account is changing, for example after a sale or restructure, tell us that too. We'll work out the right next steps with you.

Add a PO number

If your accounts team needs a purchase order (PO) number on every invoice, send it to us. We'll add it to your billing account, and it's printed as PO number on every invoice from then on.

An invoice can't be changed or reissued after it's issued. So a new PO number appears from your next invoice onward, not on invoices you've already received.

Get your charges as a CSV file

If you need your invoice charges in a spreadsheet, for example to import them into your own billing system, contact us and tell us what you need. Charges are grouped by project on every invoice, so to match charges to your own customers, use the project.

For individual call and SMS records rather than invoice charges, see Download your call and SMS records.

Check that it worked

  1. Make sure the invoice PDF opens from Billing > Invoices, and that its invoice number matches the one you're looking for.
  2. When your next invoice is issued at the start of the month, make sure it arrives at the addresses you asked for, with the business details and PO number you sent us.

What to send us

Include these so we can look at your account straight away.

  • Your company name, as it appears on your invoice.
  • The invoice number, if your question is about a specific invoice.
  • What you expected to see, and what you saw instead.
