We’ve introduced a new SMS Sender ID Registry, allowing you to register and manage alphanumeric sender IDs for SMS to Australian numbers directly inside the Console.
This helps businesses stay compliant with industry requirements while ensuring every message clearly represents your brand.
Whether you’re sending appointment reminders, alerts or marketing campaigns, branded sender IDs help improve trust, recognition and customer engagement.
With the new Console, managing your sender IDs is simple, centralised and self-service.
Built-in Toll Fraud protection
Telecommunications fraud continues to evolve, and protecting your services is more important than ever.
That’s why the new Console includes built-in safeguards to help protect against International Revenue Share Fraud (IRSF) and other suspicious activity.
You can now:
- Block calls to high-risk international destinations
- Detect anomalous traffic patterns faster
- Reduce exposure to unexpected fraud-related costs
These tools give you greater visibility and control over your outbound traffic, helping you keep your services secure and your costs predictable.
Introducing the Enfonica Marketplace
The new Enfonica Marketplace makes it easier to extend your communications environment with third-party integrations.
At launch, available SMS integrations include:

- Yeastar PBX
- 3CX PBX
The Marketplace is designed to help businesses connect Enfonica services with the tools they already use, without unnecessary complexity.
