Flow Step: Route by State

The Route by State step allows you to route calls by the caller's location. State routing is only available for Australian states and only works with Australian 13, 1300 and 1800 phone numbers. The feature is widely supported across carriers and devices in Australia. For a small percentage of calls, caller location cannot be determined, and as such you should always configure the "No Match" exit with a sensible default.
