Cloud SIP limits

Enfonica enforces limits on Cloud SIP usage.

Registered accounts

Registered accounts have the following limits:

  • 1000 configured SIP domains
  • 100 concurrent calls (measured using parent calls)
  • 10 outgoing call attempts per second (CAPS), initiated by you
  • Unlimited incoming call attempts per second (CAPS), received on phone numbers
  • Unlimited phone numbers

Cloud SIP can scale with you. These limits can be increased by request or during onboarding. Please speak with your account manager or Enfonica Support to request an increase.

SIP domains

Each SIP domain has the following limits:

  • 100 configured IP ranges in its IP ACL
